The ServSafe© Food Handler program delivers consistent food safety training to employees, consumers, and volunteers involved with the preparation and serving of food.

The training offers 5 key areas in:

  •  Personal hygiene

  •  Cross-contamination & allergens

  •  Time and temperature

  •  Cleaning and sanitation
